What is Auratunes?: Auratunes is a conceptual music player designed to enhance listening with a visual appealing interface that matches with all user’s interaction and visualization.

Objective: The main goal of Auratunes is to design an eye catching and visual appealing interface for music lovers.

Problem statement: In today’s music era that we are in, Most music players has poor choices of delivering designs with appeasing color schemes and layout, They focus only on the music aspect of the app or website making designs or interface their least priority. I mean it’s obviously a “music player” soo their top priority should focus on how to deliver good music listening experience to users, But that shouldn’t deprioritize the user interface and designs also.

Auratunes targets user that wants a visual appealing interface for the music they listen to and not just only the listening experience.

Concept & Design process: The concept of auratunes began when i came across a music player app that really had a bad visual interface, so i had to step in and design what users really needed. After hours of brainstorming with my PC😂, I went ahead and surf the net for resources to design my project which then proceeds to creating a moodboard. Wireframe development came in next(i feel all designs need a wireframe). After all these processes, i designed a clean prototype on Figma.

Challenges: My major challenge was choosing a color palette, Because the main focus of this project has a strong connection with the colors that was going to be used.

Features & Innovation: Auratunes offers great features like readable typography, neat layout and color hierarchy. These features help users to visualize how content were laid out neatly and also make user experience easy.

Implementation & Testing: After designing Auratunes, I sent a link of the live prototype on Figma to friends to test on their devices and then asked for honest feedback, They actually gave me a good feedback on the designs which actually made me happy haha.

Designing Auratunes taught me how important feedback means.
