Kaptea is a call-center cloud service consultancy providing technical expertise, data analytics, business planning, conversational coaching, and omnichannel customer experience design. They needed help with branding, visual identity, presentation graphics, animations, and website design.

I designed the logo for Kaptea, the various promotional graphics, video clips, illustrations, 2D animations and several different iterations of website design.

The collaboration with Kaptea included creating a web application for a call service that collected the Covid 19 data at the start of the pandemic. I made the app using Airtable as a database, React for the frontend interface and Twilio for the call-center.
