A workflow can look organized and still create operational chaos.
When client information, project tasks, handoffs, and SOPs live in different places, the problem isn't usually the lack of another tool.
The real problem is the workflow between them.
When I design an operations system, I start by mapping:
Business problem → Current workflow → Bottlenecks → Requirements → System → Automation → Documentation
The goal isn't to build a prettier workspace.
