Here's what you should focus on to get over a BILLION views per year on Instagram:
1. Hooks are key. Whether it's a slideshow or a reel, the first slide/three seconds will make your post pop or flop.
2. Hashtags aren't relevant anymore, so don't worry about them.
3. Market research (very important): don't reinvent the wheel, copy what works.
4. Add easy to read captions, using simple vocab and short sentences. Avoid chunks of text.
5 If you have fewer than 5-10k followers (depending on the size of your niche), focus on reels. Carousels do NOT work, as they will get little to no reach more often than not.
