Terra: Immersive 110m² Environmental Signage

Client: Bustamante ARQ Project: Terra (Residential Development)
Location: Castelar, Buenos Aires (Corner of Rodríguez Peña & Montes de Oca)
Total Surface Area: 110 m²

More Than a Sign

The goal was to create a large-scale construction site perimeter that transcends traditional signage. We aimed to invite passersby into an immersive visual journey. Spanning 110 square meters, the signage is thoughtfully divided into four sectors, ensuring maximum impact and clarity from every angle of the busy intersection. Each sector operates autonomously, allowing pedestrians to grasp the project’s essence whether coming from Rodríguez Peña or Montes de Oca.
Sector 1 – Rodríguez Peña (1.8m x 22m) | The Narrative
This prominent panel on the main street conveys the project’s core message: "Structural solidity meets natural beauty." It encapsulates the spirit of Terra—the harmony of reinforced concrete and nature—featuring captivating renders, commercial branding, and a QR code for instant digital access.
Sector 2 – Impact Corner (4m x 3.6m) | The Visual Hook
Serving as the focal point for those approaching from Montes de Oca, this high-impact panel showcases a full-scale hero render of the building, crafting a powerful first impression that captures attention.
Sector 3 – Montes de Oca (1.8m x 20m) | Information Flow
Continuing the visual journey, this section presents a clear, comprehensive layout of essential project details, designed for easy readability at a walking pace.
Sector 4 – Site Entrance (1.8m x 3.6m) | Compliance & Utility
The main access gate integrates necessary regulatory and legal information, ensuring compliance while maintaining the overall brand aesthetic.
