Weekly KPI Report — CSV/Sheet → PDF email (demo, sample data)

Demo on fictional order data, not client work. Every Monday a scheduled job pulls a CSV or published Google Sheet tab, checks it (required columns, readable dates, fresh enough, enough rows) and emails a one-page KPI summary plus an A4 PDF: six KPIs with week-on-week change and 8-week trend lines, three breakdowns, and an appendix showing exactly how each number was calculated so anyone can reproduce it with a pivot. If the data is stale or broken, no numbers go out — an alert email says which check failed and the run shows red. The smoke test re-derives the KPIs independently and sends through a local SMTP sink.
