Returns Desk — Form → Queue → CSV Export (demo, sample data)

Demo build on fictional sample data, not client work. A small internal tool for a made-up wholesaler's returns: a validated public form (order-number pattern, required fields, dates, dropdowns, spam honeypot) issues a reference number; staff log in to a queue with status filters, search and a detail drawer; status changes follow allowed transitions only and are written to an activity log; the filtered view exports to an Excel-safe CSV. Built from one intake config, so fields, statuses and filters change without code. 23 automated checks cover validation, login, transitions and export. Stack: TypeScript, React, Vite, Node/Express, Postgres (PGlite in the demo).
