Michelle Hay Management wanted to upgrade their style to reflect their evolution towards more premium clients, and at the same time improve the overall experience they gave clients throughout the talent booking process. The solution leveraged the dynamic nature of the Webflow CMS and weaved together automations with Make. Resulting in a total solution for the team to improved SEO performance, instantly represent current talents online, manage a vast directory of their talents in a custom application, and facilitate a faster, leaner way of working though the booking process with clients.

The team was frustrated and underwhelmed by their existing platform to manage their website and talent booking business.
