Planhat is a customer platform built to help commercial teams manage and automate the customer lifecycle, from sales and onboarding to customer success, retention, and growth.
The challenge was to create a digital experience that could communicate a complex product in a way that felt simple, intelligent, and approachable, while still reflecting the scale and sophistication expected from an enterprise SaaS platform.

The visual language combines clean enterprise UI, soft gradients, generous whitespace, subtle depth, and product-focused visuals.
Instead of relying heavily on traditional SaaS illustrations, the design uses the actual product experience as a visual storytelling tool.

One of the biggest design goals was to make complex functionality easier to understand.
Rather than presenting long lists of features, the experience breaks the platform down into understandable moments.
