Standard Event Press Release

This is a standard press release I wrote for a PR project about a university and town event. (I've hidden the location and the names of people and organizations.)

I write press releases in AP Style and follow the inverted pyramid of journalism. (The who, what, where, when and how at the start, followed by background information and details.)

MY BACKGROUND
