Project Overview

The client needed to manage visitors and customers' requests on the Typeform Form on the website, then convert this consultation request to a lead, and send an automated response to the customer, and also alert the team

Implementation Process:

Trigger Setup:
I use the Webhook node to capture form submissions (from Typeform
Data Processing:
Function nodes to qualify leads based on criteria and categorize leads based on the request type (Hot/Warm/Cold)
CRM Integration:
The client uses Odoo CRM, i added the Odoo node to create/update contact, and
Added custom properties based on form responses to create an opportunity
Email Sequence:
I use the Gmail node to send an immediate confirmation email to the client, then schedule a follow-up based on the lead score. Then trigger different sequences for different segments
Notification:
The client uses Discord, I added a Telegram node to alert the sales team for hot leads, and also use the Discord Node to send a daily lead summary.

Outcome

Improved sales team response and more paying customers were onboarded.
Increased the efficiency of the sales team
The daily summary report feature reduced sales presentation time drastically
