I've assisted in building the Service Desk team as they were looking for 1st Line engineers who had experience with Active Directory, Office 365 and Linux.
The challenge with these roles was the fact that they required each candidate to go through Security Clearance, be a British National, must be based near Swindon and able to work 12 hour shifts on 4 on 4 off shift patterns consisting of both days and nights.
Sourcing for these roles were quite hard but ended being a great experience as we built a solid stream of talent and placed 3 Service Desk Engineers and 1 Service Desk Shift Lead who each passed clearance and fit the requirements for the role.
