Together with two colleagues, I developed an app designed to help schools manage the borrowing and returning of books.
Image 1 - Overview
Users can see a list of books or reading materials, how many copies are available, and whether any of them can currently be borrowed. There is an alphabetical filter, as well as filters for class level and availability. Multiple books can be deleted at once. To delete or edit a single book, users can tap on the specific book item.
Image 2 - Import View
The app also provides the ability to import books, reading materials, teachers, and students.
Image 3 - Borrow and Return Books / Lectures
Borrowing and returning books is based on the same process. The book is scanned, and the user selects which student or teacher is borrowing or returning the item.
Image 4 - Find ID
If someone finds a student ID card, they can scan it in the app to identify which student or teacher it belongs to.
My Role
My role in the project was to develop the frontend together with one of my colleagues, and to work on the backend with the other. Specifically, I was responsible for implementing the logic for importing data, login, password recovery, and user registration.

With Librify, schools can easily borrow and return books simply by scanning the book’s QR code. The app includes an integrated QR-code generator.
