Achievement:
Emirates’ Brand Equity increased by ˜2x compare to target KPI as per GfK brand scorecard in 2019. For 2019, the main KPI was to increase Brand Equity above 18 where I have achieved 34. Not only the main KPI but also all the other funnel wise KPI was achieved.
