Pharmarun is a leading telemedicine platform in Africa, making it easy for individuals and businesses to access authentic medicine. They wanted to give their website a modern and refreshed look without compromising SEO or breaking links, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Pharmarun’s website already had strong SEO rankings, so the challenge was to rebuild it in Webflow while ensuring all links remained intact and their search visibility wasn’t affected at all.

Beyond the redesign, I also added a custom blog functionality, which allows Pharmarun’s content team to easily create, manage, and publish blog posts without needing technical aid.

Leading to the Webflow development, I translated their design into a pixel-perfect, fully responsive website. I paid close attention to details like fonts, spacing, and layout, making sure everything was clean and responsive for a smooth user experience on all devices

Since Pharmarun had an established SEO presence, any broken links or URL changes could result in ranking drops.

To maintain Pharmarun’s SEO during the Webflow rebuild, I followed a strategic process:

301 Redirects: Before migration, I mapped all existing URLs and set up 301 redirects for any changed URLs to ensure no broken links and prevent loss of search rankings.

Meta Data & Structured Content: I preserved all existing meta titles, descriptions, and alt tags while ensuring proper heading structures (H1, H2, etc.) remained intact for SEO consistency.

Webflow CMS Optimization: I leveraged Webflow’s CMS to implement a scalable blog system. This setup allowed their content team to easily create and manage blog posts while maintaining SEO best practices, such as automatic generation of meta titles, descriptions, and clean URLs.

Performance Optimization: I ensured fast load times through image optimization, clean code, and efficient Webflow interactions, all of which contribute to SEO.

Testing & Validation: Before launch, I ran detailed SEO audits using Google Search Console to verify that all redirects, indexing, and site structures were correctly maintained.
