My objective was to create a captivating brand identity for Zinco Jazz Club’s August events, which showcase a diverse range of jazz performances. The main goal was to capture the essence of jazz while evoking a sense of excitement, sophistication, and musical diversity. To achieve this, I employed a creative metaphor in the  logo design, utilising two asterisks. These asterisks serve as symbols representing a “Spark” of energy, perfectly encapsulating the soulful and vibrant nature of jazz.

In addition to the logo, I applied vibrant colours and textured illustrations to enhance the brand identity. These illustrations, created through hand-drawing and scanning, added an organic and tactile feel to the posters, reflecting the lively atmosphere of the August events. Combining these elements with the visual metaphor, the brand identity effectively communicates the energetic ambiance attendees can expect.
