I designed and managed automated lead nurturing workflows using GoHighLevel to improve customer engagement and increase conversion rates. My responsibilities included creating automated sequences that captured leads from Facebook Lead Ads, mapped customer data, updated contact records, and triggered personalized follow-up campaigns.

I developed multi-step workflows that combined SMS and email automation to engage prospects immediately after they submitted their information. I also implemented conditional logic to track appointment status, automate reminders, and move leads through different stages of the sales pipeline.

By integrating CRM automation with marketing campaigns, I helped reduce manual tasks, improve response times, increase appointment bookings, and create a more efficient customer journey from lead generation to conversion.
