Context

Since 20-21, we have realized the need to update ourselves (technology, business, services) continually. It is essential to consider possibilities that may affect our industry.
Recently, the Banks in Kuwait have started the digitization work; since it is still something new in the country, many users depend a lot on branches, cash, and lengthy processes for simple things.

My Roles

Work in a new experience coordinating with engineers, businesses, insight, and testers teams.
Identify customer pain points
Analyze our competitors to know where we stand
Transform complex decisions into simple processes
Develop a UX process evangelism strategy
Prepare several types of prototypes of different quality for future tests.

Main Goal

For the remaining part of 2021, create a new application experience that reduces UX problems by 30% and eliminates unnecessary journeys.
