A list of risks and actionable tasks needs to be taken to control the risk.

I've utilized a chart to exhibit the evolving risk pattern. Customers can toggle between 3, 6, or 12 months via tabs. To signify risk severity, I've employed distinct colors from the risk matrix. This aids in recognizing the gravity of risks as they evolve over time.
