UShop was designed to simplify everyday shopping by bringing groceries, daily essentials, and food ordering together in one seamless experience. While existing platforms focus on either retail or food delivery, users still need to switch between multiple apps to complete basic tasks.
The goal: a single platform where users can discover products, order meals, and receive everything through a reliable delivery network — supported by an intuitive interface, personalized recommendations, and dependable order fulfillment.
Most existing platforms specialize in either online shopping or food delivery, forcing users to rely on multiple apps for their daily needs. This fragmented experience creates unnecessary friction, inconsistent delivery, and increased effort when placing different types of orders.
There was a clear opportunity to build a single platform that combines shopping and food ordering while offering a reliable, seamless, user-friendly delivery experience.
The Solution
UShop brings shopping and food delivery together in one unified platform. Users can browse products, order meals, manage purchases, and track deliveries without leaving the app.
The platform also includes a dedicated experience for delivery riders — quick access to assigned orders and optimized workflows — creating a faster, more reliable experience for both customers and delivery partners while reducing complexity across the entire journey.

The research uncovered a consistent pain point: users wanted a single platform where they could purchase everyday essentials and order food without switching between multiple apps.
Participants highlighted the importance of:
Reliable and fast delivery
Easy product discovery
Simple checkout experience
Consistent order tracking
Personalized shopping experience
These insights became the foundation for UShop's unified ecosystem.
