As a front-end developer, I developed customized theme's curated by the brand designer's wireframe.
My tasks included..
Planning which platform the website should be built on, depending on customer's needs (whether it was an ecommerce business or not)
Making sure implementation allows smooth interface for customer to make changes in the future.
Writing with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery. Along with template languages such as Liquid for Shopify.
Optimizing code for mobile versions of the desktop.

What have I learned?
JS Animations - I was not very familiar with creating animations in JavaScript but having unique wireframes sent to me forced me to spent lots of time on w3schools and stack overflow.
Liquid - Shopify is the most popular ecommerce CMS platforms out there. I learned most of the language through self-study and YouTube.
Bootstrap - I was looking for a CSS framework that was more responsive and helps with website performance. Bootstrap was the clear winner for me and relatively easy to learn.
