1. Pack a emergency kit with essentials such a water(make sure it is sealed), canned goods (check the exparation date), medicine, first aid kit, flashlight, batteries, list of contact number of your families and some improtant documents (much better if we keep a digital copies of it) .

2. Know the evacuation place in the baranggay/municipality so that it is easy to establish the meeting point.

3. Save emergency contacts in each family members phone so that it is easy to contact if there's an emergency.

4. Practicing and knowing what to do incase of emergency.

5. Staying informed about the potential calamities in our area.

6. Allocate some money for emergency purposes.
