This project involves the creation of a sophisticated Zapier automation that streamlines the process of managing client email queries.

Whenever a client sends an email, the Zap identifies the sender and categorizes the type of work required. It then creates a new card in Notion for the specific query and assigns the task to the appropriate department member with the least workload.

This automation enhances efficiency by ensuring tasks are promptly addressed and evenly distributed among team members, leading to better workload management and quicker response times.

At the end, it also sends the message to the team in a slack channel.
