Revolutionizing Pet Services Through Digital Transformation
Tout Pour Le Toutou, a company offering a range of pet services, aimed to digitize its operations to provide an automated booking process. As the Fractional CTO, I was initially tasked with overseeing the project that an external agency was working on.
Problem
The agency's work was unsatisfactory, and the project was not progressing as expected. The longer they worked on it, the worse the situation became, threatening the company's goal of bringing their services online.
My Contributions
I decided to cut ties with the agency and took over the project myself. Using my skills in Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, CMS, CSS, PHP, REST API, and Vue.js, I successfully completed the build. I integrated the platform with Stripe using Stripe Connect to facilitate smooth transactions.
Outcomes
The result is a robust online marketplace for pet services, currently hidden behind a toggle as the CEO onboards service providers.
