My Cosplace

This project started as a micro-SaaS that offered a portfolio builder for cosplayers. Part of its offer was that you could also order business cards that matched your portfolio and had a QR code pointing to the portfolio. The goal was to streamline the process of connecting between photographers and cosplayers. This was built using Next.js with a few extra tools for card building/printing and some other features.

Eventually, it pivoted to a social media platform for cosplayers, after much user feedback. The app focused on user privacy & consent, a positive community, and equal merit visibility (no biased algorithm). It was built using Flutter to offer Android, iOS, and Web versions.

Unfortunately, we decided to shut this app down, in favor of another company that had published the same platform. I discussed with their CEO and offloaded my roadmap of priorities and any users interested.
