The Challenge
This business coach was pivoting to work with leaders in larger organisations. He had a strong presence on LinkedIn generating leads, but no email marketing system, no clear content strategy, and a website that didn't reflect his new positioning. Potential clients would book discovery calls, but there was no follow-up system or nurture process in place.
The Solution
Rather than just setting up email automations, we started with strategy. I worked with him to clarify his marketing approach, map out his customer journey using my marketing circles framework, and develop a content strategy that worked with his LinkedIn presence.

Calendly integration for automated booking confirmations and follow-up sequences
Discovery call automation (preparation emails, post-call nurture)

The Results
He now has a complete marketing system that works automatically. LinkedIn leads flow into his email system, discovery calls are supported with automated preparation and follow-up, and he has a clear content strategy guiding what to create and share. His positioning is sharper, his client journey is clearer, and the entire process runs without constant manual work.
