It offered insights into supply acquisition funnel from app install, registration, activation, firstride and beyond. 
This dashboard enables granular analysis, including geo-temporal, acquisition channels, and conversion speed. Identifies drop-offs in each stage (e.g., during document upload or LMS phase). Evaluates the impact of calling HH captains in PHH conversion and captures customer ratings and feedback.
These insights drive proactive decision-making for enhanced business efficiency, reducing TAT for supply acquisition insights from weeks to daily (D-1). Improved metrics include Auto activation, Document Upload to Activation TAT, and Activation to One Ride.
