Eric Spector had built Bellmade into a dedicated kettlebell community. The followers were there, the classes were running, the demand was real.
But running the app was eating the time he should have been spending on coaching. Manual PDF design. Platform management. The work that scaled the business was being crowded out by the work that just kept it alive. 130,000+ followers couldn't unlock revenue when the founder was buried in admin.
