Performance Benchmarking Dashboard

Created a Performance Benchmarking Dashboard using Flask framework. It collects various performance metrics such as memory, CPU usage, and peak memory when test runs via RestAPIs and stores them in a database. The dashboard includes multiple graphs to quickly identify any unusual resource utilization.
