Rejuvenate: From Local Clinic to Franchise-Ready Growth Engine
Rejuvenate came to me as the only clinic in Tucson offering a medically guided protocol that combines ketamine, CBD, and NAD+ for trauma, burnout, and chronic fatigue. The problem? Most people were lumping them in with generic IV bars. They needed a complete reframe of their brand, online presence, and patient acquisition system — something that positioned them as pioneers and set them up to scale into a multi-location franchise.
We started with an in-person strategy workshop on day one, diving into big-picture questions like “Where do you want the business to be ten years from now?” and mapping every decision against that vision. That session created the foundation for everything: the brand positioning, the website architecture, the marketing systems, and even the operational tools — all built to serve their long-term growth goals.
From there, we built a new brand identity, messaging system, and a full-scale website designed for SEO dominance and franchise scalability. The site architecture was planned to grow seamlessly as new locations opened, each with its own optimized local landing page.
A major lift in the build was creating a custom, HIPAA-safe scheduling component that simplified intake for patients, automatically filtered services by location, and streamlined the consultation process. This wasn’t just a “book now” button — it became a core piece of their operations, making it faster and easier for both patients and staff to get to the right appointment without confusion.
On the visibility side, I launched both SEO and social media campaigns from scratch. Every page and post was optimized for the highest-value local search terms (“ketamine therapy Tucson,” “burnout treatment,” “NAD+ therapy”) while the social strategy built authority and trust. In just a few months, the social accounts — which started with zero followers — began generating measurable reach, engagement, and click-throughs to the booking system.
The end result: Rejuvenate went from being mistaken for “just another IV bar” to being recognized as a category leader with a clear, professional, and scalable brand. The website now works as a patient acquisition engine, the custom scheduling tool cuts down admin work, and the content strategy fuels both immediate growth and long-term SEO authority. They’re now positioned not just for local success, but for multi-location expansion with systems built to handle it.
