Pixl.bio - An Awwwards- Nominated Biotech Website

Pixl.bio had one date that couldn't move. A conference. The room would be full of the partners, investors, and collaborators that determine whether a biotech company at their stage gets the next two years it needs. They had the science, the team, and the story. They didn't have a website that could walk into that room with them.

That's where we started.

The technology is genuinely novel: pixel-to-cell imaging for metabolic and liver disease detection, sitting at the intersection of diagnostics and data. Explaining it to a PhD takes one conversation. Explaining it to an investor who has twelve other meetings that day and a partner who needs to know if it integrates with their existing stack takes something else entirely. It takes architecture.

We built three distinct user journeys into a single 27-page Webflow site.

Not three versions of the same page with different headlines. Three structurally different paths through the same product, each calibrated to what that audience needs to feel before they take the next step. The decision to separate them completely, rather than build one "smart" homepage that tries to serve everyone, was the call that shaped everything else.
The CMS is modular because Pixl.bio's science moves fast and their team shouldn't need an agency every time they publish. HubSpot handles the B2B partner flow because that conversation has to be frictionless. The motion is light because the science is already complex enough, and anything that competes with it costs credibility.

Priority pages were live before the conference opened.

Pixl.bio walked into that room with a digital presence that matched the weight of what they were presenting.
The Awwwards nomination came later. What mattered was what happened in that room.
If your company is approaching a moment like that and your website isn't ready for it, that's the conversation we should have.
