Full Operations & Management at Haven Retreats

I am responsible for the full operations of Haven Retreats, managing everything from customer service to graphic design. I create all visual content, maintain the brand’s aesthetic, and handle guest bookings and inquiries. My role includes ensuring a seamless experience for guests, managing time efficiently, and providing top-notch service at every step, all while maintaining the retreats operations and marketing
