Self-initiated portfolio demonstration. All contacts and estimates are fictional; this is not commissioned client work or a claim of business results.

I built a multi-tab Excel tracker with 12 fictional estimate records, stage dropdowns, follow-up dates, formula-driven summary metrics and a client-approved draft library. The sample demonstrates how a contractor could prioritize open quotes without changing prices or promising jobs.

The workflow logs estimates, highlights follow-ups, classifies homeowner replies and flags interested leads for the contractor. Real client work requires authorized data access and approved messaging.
