As a truly passionate person, I fall in love with my projects and put my heart and soul into making them happen. That's why, during my years with AIESEC, we managed to increase our operations by 150%. We developed a system that increased the conversion rate. With this, the level of worker wellbeing has increased by focusing on what truly matters. Starting as a simple member in public relations, to arrive three years later as the president. This experience has given me more than I can explain in a few lines.
