Overview

Sirius Support is a human-centered customer support outsourcing company. They needed a redesign to improve engagement, reduce bounce rate, and lay a strong SEO foundation to support inbound growth, starting with a single, high-impact landing page.
I led the project end-to-end: from UX strategy and design to Framer development, SEO setup, and analytics integration.

Objective

Redesign the website and make a visual improvement
Reduce bounce rate caused by poor mobile responsiveness
Create a clearer, more human-centered first impression
Enable trackable engagement and inbound inquiries via HubSpot
Establish an SEO-ready structure for future growth

Challenges

Extremely low engagement time (~5 seconds per session)
Majority of traffic coming from mobile, with poor mobile UX
No meaningful engagement or conversion tracking in place
Historically low SEO performance
Needed to redesign without disrupting existing tools (ROI calculator, booking flows)

Solution

I approached the project in three structured stages to ensure alignment and quality:

1. UX Strategy & Wireframing

Analyzed analytics to identify drop-off points
Reworked page hierarchy and messaging for clarity
Designed a web and mobile wireframe focused on fast value communication

2. High-Fidelity Design

Designed the iterated and colored version of the wireframe, with Sirius Support’s human-first brand in mind.
Used authentic visuals and avoided AI-generated imagery
Designed clear CTAs to guide users toward key actions

3. Framer Build, SEO & Tracking

Built the landing page in Framer with full mobile responsiveness
Implemented SEO best practices (metadata, headings, performance optimization)
Integrated HubSpot and Google Analytics (GA4) for engagement and CTA tracking
Connected CTAs to existing tools (ROI Calculator & Strategy Meeting) across sites

Tools & Stack

Design: Figma
Build: Framer
Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4)
CRM & Tracking: HubSpot
Focus Areas: UX, mobile optimization, SEO, conversion tracking

Outcome

Delivered a mobile-first, conversion-focused landing page
Enabled full visibility into user engagement and CTA performance
Established a scalable SEO foundation for blogs and customer stories
Positioned Sirius Support for ongoing inbound traffic growth
Built trust with stakeholders, opening the door for future SEO and site expansion work
This project transformed the landing page from a static presence into a measurable growth asset.
