Seamless AI Governance User Flow

Designed an intuitive AI governance flow for a SaaS platform, simplifying compliance and guiding users through complex policies. Focused on creating functional, visually appealing templates that align with governance standards.

As the Product Designer, I worked closely with an AI Governance expert to understand AI policy intricacies. I designed low and high-fidelity templates in Figma, ensuring both functionality and a seamless user experience within the app. Additionally, I created components for the templates and organized all the project documentation in Notion, ensuring clarity and ease of implementation.

Flow Template Design: Developed low and high-fidelity designs for three types of templates—Basic, Advanced, and Hybrid.

Components Creation: Designed reusable components to maintain consistency and streamline development.

Collaboration: Worked with the AI expert to categorize policies and define design requirements.

Documentation: Created detailed design documentation in Notion for clear handoff and reference.

Prototyping & Feedback: Conducted feedback sessions and iterated on UI prototypes based on input from stakeholders, including the CTPO and AI expert.

Design Handoff: Prepared comprehensive design specifications to ensure smooth development implementation.
