Service Level Agreement Data Visualization Enhancements

I led and contributed to an effort to identify and address inaccuracies in the SLA dashboards by troubleshooting each issue, designing solutions, developing, and deploying updated analysis. This improved the usability, accuracy, and reliability of the highly visible Tableau dashboards.
