I helped execute 3 afterparties for the 2022 All-In Summit, a 3-day event for founders, investors, and fans of the show. My responsibilities with my team included managing vendors for venues, catering, entertainment, and activations; maintaining a 400+ guest list; and managing a budget of $1M+.

I worked closely with other stakeholders to ensure the events ran smoothly and that guests had a memorable experience. I also helped manage all logistics, from catering to entertainment, to ensure all guests had a great time.

I leveraged my knowledge of the startup and investor community to curate elevated activations and create meaningful connections for attendees.

The afterparties were a huge success, with all attendees having a great time and leaving with valuable connections.
