Client Case Study 📈

Sílvia Pinho

JoSaBi Mariées hired me to create consistent, high-quality content that attracted & spoke to their ideal audience (brides-to-be) while showcasing the custom nature of their work.
We did just that, with 10 posts per week (5 reels, 5 feed posts) that highlighted their past brides while showing off their work and respective feedback.
As a result, we’ve seen a consistent increase in reach in the first half of 2022, with two distinctive spikes in April and May.

Where they were:

When we first started working together, back in 2022, they weren't giving social media the attention it deserved and needed an expert to jump in and help.
They were able to provide a lot of photo and video content but needed an expert that could develop a strategy for the content flow, along with creating clever, engaging content and adjusting the strategy as needed.
They also wanted to be as hands-off as possible, without needing to make big edits to posts or worry about content going up on time and according to the strategy.

What we did:

Each month, we started the process by creating a content calendar based on the current strategy. This is done in Trello, so everyone can easily access and work/comment on it.

We then went in weekly to create content for the week ahead, allowing time for any necessary edits.
Having tried both 5 and 15 posts/week, I found their “sweet spot” to be 10 weekly posts - half reels and half feed posts, with the occasional story share, linking to any relevant resources such as the blog.
At the end of each month, I went in and looked at the analytics, analyzing what did best and what may have missed the mark, so we could adjust the strategy as needed.
I also put together a clear and concise report (as illustrated below), so both the client and the team can be kept in the loop.

As a result, we got a pretty consistent feed that's appealing to our ideal customer - one that's filled with inspirational photos and videos, along with social proof - while always keeping the product (dresses) front and center.
Looking at the first half of 2022, we saw a steady increase in reach, with two "spikes" of 107% and 255% growth in April and May, respectively.
These can be mostly attributed to our video content on reels since as you can see below we had some surpass the 20k view mark.

Don't just take it from me...

This is what the owner said from our experience together so far:

I absolutely adore working with Sílvia and her team. She's fun, creative, reliable and smart. I fully trust her with all our organic posting and she does a stellar job- she handles complexity seamlessly and is always thinking about new things. I highly, highly recomment her.

Here's a case study for a wedding dress brand I've been working with since 2020 - creating weekly content in the form of both feed posts and reels 👇
