As the corporation scaled, the lack of a unified operating model led to inconsistent execution, fragmented decision-making, and significant operational friction. I designed and launched a comprehensive Enterprise Operating Model that established the definitive standards for how teams work, collaborate, and deliver results. I translated this high-level strategy into a centralized Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that served as the Single Source of Truth, ensuring that governance was consistently applied across all business units.
