To enhance understanding and retention for new salespeople training, the micro-course content was streamlined and clarified using the ADDIE method. This was achieved through planning out the course with visual mapping, which allowed for better organization of concepts. New visuals, charts, and videos were incorporated to illustrate the concepts more clearly. Using Articulate Rise, the course was made more dynamic and interactive, with built-in quizzes to check for understanding and comprehension throughout the course.
