Project Goal
The goal of this project was to create a launch promo for RocketForms - a SaaS platform for building AI-powered forms. The client needed a short, fast, UI-first promo that could be adapted for different audiences and channels, not just a single universal video.
Approach
Instead of producing one promo, I developed a modular video system built around three different hooks, each targeting a specific audience segment:
founders,
marketers,
product teams
Each hook highlighted the key value for that audience and introduced one feature that solves their specific workflow challenge. This structure allowed us to expand one core promo into a system of nine videos: three hooks × three feature variations, optimized for different placements (landing, paid social, product pages).
The promo uses a minimal, modern, UI-first style with fast pacing and clear visual hierarchies. Motion focuses on product clarity and repeatable transitions, so each module can be reassembled into new formats later.
My Role
I handled the full production cycle: creative direction, scripts for all hooks, design, styleframes, UI adaptation, animation, and modular breakdown. My focus was on building a flexible promo system rather than a single asset - giving the client scalable content for targeted campaigns and ongoing marketing use.
Outcome
The result is a modular promo package with 9 ready-to-use videos, prepared for paid acquisition, social media, landing pages, and feature-specific messaging. This system gives RocketForms the ability to target multiple audiences with tailored value propositions while maintaining a consistent brand experience.
