. Client Requirements:

Client needed a custom WordPress website to replace her initial Wix build, with four main pages: Home, Services, Frequency, and Reiki Training.

The design had to reflect a calming, organic aesthetic using nature imagery, similar to her Wix draft. While scheduling and payments weren’t needed at launch, the site had to be scalable for future integration.

Key requirements included SEO optimization, mobile responsiveness, and links to Facebook and Instagram. A lightweight, low-cost setup was preferred, using minimal plugins and a user-friendly CMS. Design mockups and previews were to be shared via a staging server for ongoing feedback.

In addition to the website, Client also required a new logo design to better represent her brand’s vision and identity.

. Our Solution:

To deliver a scalable and cost-effective website, we built a custom WordPress site using a lightweight theme and Elementor for easy content management.

We assisted Client with domain setup, DNS configuration, and selecting a reliable shared hosting provider. The site features a mobile-responsive design, SEO-friendly structure (semantic HTML, meta tags, clean URLs), and optimized performance through image compression and lazy loading. Social media links were integrated for Facebook and Instagram.

Design mockups were shared via a staging server for continuous client feedback. We structured the site for future scalability, enabling easy integration of booking, payments, and blog features. Google Analytics and SEO tools were prepped for implementation.

Logo design was also included as part of the project deliverables.
