Basecamp is a SaaS project management platform that helps teams create and manage projects & track progress. In Basecamp, each project lives on a single page. Along with unlimited projects, you'll get private pings, essential reports, notification protection, a timeline of activity, exceptional customer service, and more.

Overwhelming amount of information: Users face information overload in the hero section to grasp the service and so this leads to a decision fatigue and poor user engagement.

Poor Navigation: Important features or benefits were buried too deep, requiring excessive scrolling or clicks. Access to valuable content is difficult.

Lack of Hierarchy: Lack of prioritization of most important information to the least is missing. The key features of Basecamp is difficult to be captured.

Confusing Visual Layout: Layout lacks a natural flow, making the user journey disjointed. Users might miss critical CTAs. Some interactive elements didn’t stand out clearly.
