I led the UX discovery and strategy for Guidepoint's expert insights platform, aimed at investment professionals in PE, VC, and hedge funds. This involved conducting over 15 stakeholder interviews and cross-functional workshops to identify pain points in search, discovery, and content workflows.

Guidepoint's platform needed a transformation to enhance user autonomy and reduce the time taken to gain insights, while integrating AI capabilities seamlessly.

I utilized skills in AI, design thinking, and UX/UI to map current user journeys, synthesize user research, and develop an AI integration strategy. I redesigned the search and discovery experience, created a component system for scalable design, and introduced AI-native UX/UI patterns.
