About the Project Finvoit is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed to centralize all business needs in one secure, scalable environment. It provides seamless file storage, team collaboration, and workflow management, all while keeping data accessible, organized, and protected.

The Challenge The client wanted a platform that could:

Simplify complex cloud storage and workflow management for businesses of all sizes

Offer an intuitive user interface for accessing files, sharing resources, and tracking projects

Visualize data, usage, and storage insights in an actionable, user-friendly way

Support future scalability with integrations, dashboards, and advanced team features

My Approach As the Framer designer and developer, I led the full design and development process:

Mapped user journeys for file storage, team collaboration, and dashboard analytics

Designed an interactive, modular dashboard that highlights usage metrics, recent activity, and project progress

Built responsive web components in Framer for seamless access across devices

Defined a clean, professional visual identity with vibrant accents for alerts, soft gradients for depth, and icons for clarity and recognition

Results A fully functional, responsive SaaS platform that made cloud storage and workflow management intuitive and visually engaging. The design helped position Finvoit as a reliable, modern solution for businesses looking to centralize operations, improve collaboration, and scale efficiently.
