Emotional health tools often feel clinical, expensive, or inaccessible. Many people struggle to find supportive, stigma-free ways to explore their emotions and manage stress without committing to therapy.

The challenge was to design a calm, intuitive, and emotionally safe product that helps users self-reflect through imagery and guided prompts — making emotional support more approachable and affordable.

KEG4All (Keys to Emotional Growth for All) was designed as a digital companion that uses AI-driven insights and card-based reflections to help users self-treat, reduce stress, and gain clarity.

Guided Reflection Cards: AI-powered prompts paired with visuals for emotional exploration

Accessible UI: Optimized color contrast, readable typography, and intuitive navigation

Calming Visual Design: Soft palettes, rounded edges, and minimal layouts to reduce stress

Micro-Interactions: Subtle animations and transitions that make the experience feel responsive and welcoming

Cross-Platform Consistency: Mobile-first with a scalable responsive desktop experience

Researched AI-based mental health tools and mindfulness platforms

Mapped user journeys around emotional reflection and stress relief

Identified opportunities for a stigma-free, image-centered approach

Prioritized emotional safety through tone, color, and interaction design
