Converting Content Management —  Growth System
Overview
This project documents how I grew a TikTok account from 50 to 10,000 followers in three months by building a conversion-focused content management system rooted in audience psychology, platform behaviour, and performance analytics. The goal was not short-term virality, but sustainable, repeatable growth.
The Problem
The account had minimal visibility and no clear content strategy guiding discovery, engagement, or retention. Posting was inconsistent and reactive, with no defined KPIs or feedback loop to understand what was resonating with the audience. As a result, growth was slow and unpredictable.
Strategic Insight
TikTok growth isn’t driven by volume alone it’s driven by pattern recognition, audience triggers, and behavioural feedback. Without a system to track and interpret performance, content remains disconnected from results.
The opportunity was to shift from “posting content” to managing content as a conversion system where every piece served a purpose in discovery, engagement, or retention.
The Direction
I led the development of a content conversion management framework designed to align creative output with platform-native trends, audience psychology, and measurable performance indicators.
The strategy focused on:
