For this project, I redesigned the Collagen Peptides product experience around one goal: make the path from product discovery to purchase as clear as possible.
The design combines eCommerce UI/UX, CRO strategy, bundle merchandising, subscription UX, and responsive design to create a PDP that doesn't just showcase the product—it helps sell it.
01 — Stronger Above-the-Fold Experience
The first screen immediately communicates the product, key benefits, rating, and value proposition.
Instead of making shoppers search for important information, the most persuasive details are positioned close to the product and purchase area.
02 — Benefits Made Easy to Scan
Supplement shoppers need to understand why the product matters quickly.
I created a clear “Why You'll Love It” section highlighting the major benefits in a scannable format, reducing the amount of effort required to understand the offer.
03 — Bundle Strategy to Increase AOV
Rather than offering only one purchase option, I designed a 1, 2, and 3-pouch bundle selector.
The multi-pack options make savings visible and give higher-intent customers an easy reason to purchase more, supporting a stronger average order value (AOV) strategy.
04 — Subscription Without Confusion
The subscription experience clearly separates Subscribe & Save from a one-time purchase.
Benefits such as recurring savings, free shipping, flexible delivery, and the ability to pause or cancel are placed directly around the decision—helping customers understand why subscribing may be more valuable.
05 — Trust Around the CTA
Right where customers are deciding whether to purchase, I included supporting reassurance such as:
The purpose is simple: reduce last-minute hesitation before Add to Cart.
06 — Product Education Without Clutter
Benefits, ingredients, how to use, product details, and shipping information are organized into accordions.
This keeps the initial PDP clean while still giving research-focused shoppers access to the information they need before buying.
07 — Mobile-First Shopping Experience
The experience was also designed for smaller screens—not simply squeezed down from desktop.
Product information, benefits, bundles, accordions, and purchase decisions remain easy to navigate on tablet and mobile, creating a consistent shopping journey across devices.
The Outcome
The final concept transforms a standard supplement PDP into a more structured conversion-focused buying experience.
Every major element has a purpose:
Product clarity → Benefits → Social proof → Bundles → Subscription → Trust → Add to Cart
The result demonstrates how I approach eCommerce design: reduce friction, communicate value faster, strengthen trust, and make buying easier.
