The project involved designing and developing a build configurator for Bryant Dental, a company specializing in high-quality dental loupes, headlights, and accessories. The configurator aimed to enhance the customer experience by allowing users to customize and visualize their products in real-time. As the 3D Model Renderer and UX/UI Designer, I was responsible for creating realistic product visuals and designing an intuitive user interface that guided users through the customization process seamlessly.

Project Objectives:

To create an interactive and user-friendly configurator that allows customers to personalize dental loupes, headlights, and accessories.

To provide a realistic 3D visualization of customized products, enhancing the online shopping experience.

To integrate the configurator into Bryant Dental’s existing digital ecosystem, ensuring brand consistency and a smooth user journey.

3D Modeling and Rendering: As the 3D Model Renderer, my role was crucial in bringing the product configurations to life. Key tasks included:

Detailed 3D Models: Created high-quality 3D models of dental loupes, headlights, and various accessories, ensuring accurate representation of each component.

Realistic Textures and Materials: Applied realistic textures and materials to each model, focusing on accurately depicting colors, finishes, and details such as logos and customizable features.

Interactive Render Setups: Prepared models for integration into the configurator, allowing for dynamic adjustments like color changes, lens types, and accessory attachments.

UX/UI Design in Figma: In my role as UX/UI Designer, I was responsible for crafting a user-centered design that made the configuration process straightforward and engaging. My contributions included:

User-Centric Interface Design: Designed an intuitive interface that guides users step-by-step through the customization process, ensuring ease of use across all devices.

Interactive Elements: Developed interactive components in Figma, such as sliders, dropdowns, and buttons, allowing users to see real-time changes to their selected products.

Visual Hierarchy and Navigation: Structured the layout to prioritize key actions and keep users focused, with clear calls to action that encourage progression through the configurator.

Consistent Branding: Ensured the UI design reflected Bryant Dental’s brand identity, using the brand’s colors, typography, and imagery to create a cohesive experience.
